Standard shipping costs are € 4.99. The standard shipping costs may deviate if this is clearly stated in specific advertising campaigns. These shipping costs may differ outside the Netherlands and Belgium.
SicilyEvents SRL offers several payment options from which you can choose:
- Payment through iDEAL
We will forward you to your own trusted banking environment. Here you then transfer the money. Our iDEAL payments are handled by SISOW payment innovations.
- Bank contact MisterCash
Enter your card number and expiration date. Then pay via the payment system of your own bank. Our MisterCash payments are handled by SISOW payment innovations.
- SOFORT banking
Make a transfer at your bank using SOFORT banking. You can log in with your internet banking information and then confirm the payment.
In most cases, if ordered and paid for before 10 p.m., your order will be processed and shipped on the same day. In the unlikely event that a product is not (timely) available, we will notify you within 24 hours after placing your order. If you order through our webshop, you will always receive a track & trace code after sending your order when the order is scanned at the carrier.
14 days to change your mind
You have a trial period of 14 days after receipt of the ordered products. If you return, you will receive a refund of the amount already paid, if applicable. For returns, always contact us at email@example.com

The costs for this return shipment are for your own account and you must pay at the post office or drop-off point. If there is something wrong with the product or the delivery, you can rest assured that we will bear the return costs.

Almost all orders are delivered by DHL in the Netherlands and by Bpost (via DHL) in Belgium. If it happens that the delivery person does not find you at home, the package will be offered again free of charge at another time. You will also receive a ‘not-home notification’ on which you can indicate where and when you want to receive or collect the package. For other countries we might use other couriers. If you order through our webshop, you will always receive a track & trace code after sending your order when the order is scanned at the carrier.
